We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return: Contact us at zyntrasupport1@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll provide instructions.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we'll cover it.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
